Shipping Policy

Shipping and Handling is FREE on ALL orders, WORLDWIDE.

That means there is NO extra cost for shipping!

Shipping is made via EMS/USPS/TNT/DHL Express.

Processing orders takes 3-4 business days and it will usually take about 1-2 weeks from ship date for your item(s) to be fully delivered.

Often times the shipping process is much faster and it only takes 4-7 days from the time we process your order, however we reserve the right to take up to 14 business days because at times there are circumstances out of control that delay the shipping process. Rest assured, we make every attempt to get your order to you as fast as possible.

Returned & Changed  

Ruturn Policy-

You may return products under same restrictions as exchanges. If a refund is issued, it will be in the same form as original payment. We are not responsible for shipping costs in either exchanges or returns, and for all refunds there is a $10 processing fee. Exchanges are completely free of charge, although we are not responsible for shipping costs.

Exchanges policy -

All exchanges must be addressed within 5 days of receiving products. In order to make an exchange, all boots must be in original, unworn, dead stock condition, with original packing or you will not qualify for an exchange. Exchanges can only be made if the products were factory defects and/or it was under our mistake.

We will exchange if we sent incorrect products or products are factory defective. we will offer a FREE exchange or refund .

We will not accept returns or exchanges just because the customer decides they on longer want a pair of ugg boots,or because the customer has picked the wrong bootd or because the customer thought they would look different from the pictures.

If you wish to return an item please email us before posting an item and we will tell you the return detail. Unfortunately items sent back without a email reply cannot be accepted.
